Gary Howerton DOB: 9/28/55 removed from event. Officer Hayes asked Howerton if he last had a drink. Howerton replied it was the night prior. Hayes asked if Howerton would mind blowing into the breathalyzer, Howerton agreed to blow and after several attempts due to low blows, probably because Howerton was shaking, registered a .041 BAC. Dep Rannebeck had Howerton's girlfriend pick him up.
Daniel Walker DOB 5/20/1964 ID# 3287797 removed from event after Officer Hayes noticed Walker's eyes watering and Walker would not listen clearly to instruction. Walker blew into PBT and registered a BAC of .176. Walker told Officer Hayes he had a couple of beers day of Panel (6-29-09). Officer Hayes warned Walker of probation violation, secondary his public intox.
Tawana Bedortha DOB 8/28/69 ID # 4856612 removed from event after the smell of ETOH was observed comming from her. Bedortha admitted to Dep Rannebeck that she had been drinking earlier in the day. Bedortha refused to submit to the breath tester.
William K Walker 12/29/08 removed from event after admitting toLt. Storms LCSO that Walker had consumed ETOH earlier in day of the panel. Walker blew on the PBA and registered a .211 BAC.
Dana Doll 11/17/65 removed from event after admiting to the consumption of ETOH earlier in the day of the panel. Doll refused to blow into the portable breathalizer. Lt. Storms (LCSO) observed the odor of alcohol on Doll's breath and conducted interview with Doll.
Stephen M Askew DOB 5/5/51 removed from event. Lt. Storms (LCSO) smelled the order of ETOH on Askew's breath. Lt. Storms asked Askew if he had anything to drink today (alcohol). Askew blew into the PBA and admitted to Lt. Storms that he had consumed ETOH 4 hours prior. The PBA registered .041.
Corey Alan Pedigo DOB 11-11-72 removed from the event. Mr. Pedigo after initially telling Lt. Storms (LCSO) that he, Pedigo, had not had anything to drink admitted to drinking one beer at 14:00. Lt. Storms had Pedigo blow into a PBA, Pedigo blew a .062 BAC.
David M. Burroughs DOB 06-23-83 removed from the event. Mr. Burroughs told Lt. Storms (LCSO) that he (Burroughs) had consumed ETOH earlier in the day. Lt. Storms had Burroughs blow into a PBA, Burroughs blew a .034 BAC.
John Leonard Holdorf DOB 06-22-85 removed from event. Mr. Holdorf told Lt. Storms (LCSO) that he (Holdorf) had consumed ETOH earlier in day. Lt Storms had Holdorf blow into a PBA. Burroughs blew a .015 BAC
Kevin Smith, DOB 9/7/65 removed from the event. Mr. Smith stated he had consumed 5-6 beers between 1200 and 1600 02/25/08. Dep. Brant, Burk LCSO and Ttrooper Barrientos OSP observed the smell of alcohol comming from Smith's facial area.
Ashley Brennen, 1115 S. 3rd Lebanon OR 97355 DOB: 2/18/87 removed for refusal to blow. Officers on scene observed the odor of Alcohol comming from Brennen. Brennen was removed from the event.
Alan Cockrell removed .054 BAC.
